Vivienne does an excellent hair trim and provided good advice in regard to my hair.I think she could improve her customer service by placing the hairdressing gowns on the clients rather than have the clients place the hairdressing gowns on themselves.

Vivienne is brilliant! When you enter now there is hand sanitiser at the door, the work area gets completely cleaned before each appointment and there are these dividers between the seats so that you maintain social distancing. My hair was in need of help, after this whole lockdown my hair hasn’t had much attention and Vivienne did a fantastic job with it and gave me a lovely trim at the end too. Vivienne really cares about enforcing social distancing rules by sending me a detailed text before the appointment to address any anxieties I had about visiting the salon and making sure that everyone in the waiting seating area had face masks and maintained social distancing. Overall, I would definitely recommend.
