I loved Vivienne the moment I met her she was very welcoming and she could see that I was very nervous starting with a new hairdresser. Vivienne was knowledgeable and spoke at each stage and explained what she was doing and which products were used. Vivienne also advised me on the best app to buy my hair something which I have struggled with. I also loved ❤ that the night 🌙 before Vivienne sent me a lovely message asking how many bundles I had and sent me directions on how to get there.
