I was informed in advance what was needed for my treatment and when I arrive at the salon I was welcome by all staff in a friendly and professional manner. Vivian was experienced and talented hair stylist and she gave valuable advice on how to look after my hair at home. I was very pleased with my hair and the overall experience. I also received facial threading and I was happy with the results.
