Vivienne contacted me in the morning if my appointment, made for 5:30pm, in order to move it at 4pm because she had a cancellation. As I was working, I politely replied that it wasn’t possible. It seemed like she didn’t read my answer, because as I arrived, she barely said hi, asked why I didn’t reply to her text, so I had to show her my phone. Evidently, this all started on the wrong foot. I was also unexpectedly charged an extra £20 on the day for the wash & blow. Not going back…

I had a wonderful experience with Vivienne. I had my natural hair trimmed and ended up having my hair silk pressed with hair extensions added to create a sleek all-back ponytail. I loved my hair and it’s lasted more than 2 weeks in the ponytail! Vivienne is truly skilled and talented at what she does - will be back soon!
