My highlights turned to green. Also after the treatment my hair is dry and damaged. I wouldnt come back.

Vanessa provided the best hair cut and treatment I’ve ever had. I’ve had compliments from everyone over the past few days and I’m in love with my hair. I’ll definitely be booking with Vanessa again in the future and recommending her to everyone I know.

I asked for highlights and when I left the salon my hair was blue (from the toner) and the underneath was almost orange (completely missed the toner). Also no conditioner was put in my hair or heat protector before straightening. Luckily the blue washed out after about 3/4 washes, and I went back to get the underneath fixed. However, I still don’t like the underneath of my hair as it is more brown than blonde. Vanessa was lovely but I don’t think I will be coming back again.
