Tom is great - and the service is personalised and professional. I didn’t mind waiting a little for my appointment but in modern age they need WiFi or at least some magazines to help pass the time. Clean shave needs some work but the Hair cut was extremely good! Thanks

Visited here after a Spa Day round the corner. My hair looked a state as I'd been swimming! Lovely welcome when we walked in from friendly staff. Georgina did my hair and it looked fantastic. I was really pleased. I would definitely go back if I'm in Birmingham again.
