Thought I’m going to get a great experience at a big establishment. The atmosphere was great. But the Hairdresser hardly spoke, didn’t ask for any drinks. Whilst doing the blow dry it was so hot nearly burnt my neck. Had better experiences at places that charge way less. Don’t get my haircut often so was looking forward to the treat therefore booked here but was disappointed. Will not book here again.
