Susan was absolutely lovely and checked in with me whilst cutting my hair and after to make sure I was happy. She gave me a good haircut but also made me feel really welcome and was so friendly. I’ll definitely be back, and will recommend to friends

Took my 5 y/o today for a basic shoulder length cut after 90 mins, my daughter's hair is chin length and she was cut in the neck. Susan tried to blame Megan but Megan only asked her to check if it was straight. It was cut for a further half hour
