My first appointment was to rectify a serious mistake that another salon had made and Sophies’ team sorted me out perfectly - booked second appointment for root upkeep and toner and they (Rachel?) got my hair colour absolutely spot on!
Blow dry and finish (Mia - sorry if I’ve got names wrong) was perfect and my hair looked amazing all day, all night and even the following day! So happy with Hair by Sophie x
