It was the first time I had used this salon and I am so pleased with the cut that Becky gave me. She understood exactly the style I was after and I felt completely at ease which is not always the case when going somewhere new. Thank you Becky.

I asked to go darker and left salon with over- bleached and destroyed hair. The hairdresser was extremely slow, by the time she finished my top hair (3h), my bottom hair were burnt from the bleach (when I shared my concerns, she said it’s fine).
