Hair by Sophie is a really lovely environment to be part of. Sophie is excellent. I would have ticked all the boxes in the previous question if it had allowed me too. Sophie is very knowledgeable, efficient, nothing is too much trouble, she gives good advice, and overall I would say she really knows her stuff. On top of all that she's a really nice lady.
