I have a disability so need more time to move and sometime stopped Simone for a small break. This was no problem and allowed me the time I needed. This caring approach made the experience along with a great haircut made this a 5 star performance.

A 45 minute appointment took two and a quarter hours, the finished hair do was extremely disappointing in spite of the time it took to do, and was nothing like what I asked for. I had to Dampen it down and restyle it when I got home. A rather disappointing experience altogether.

I am disabled and was unable to attend the appointment at late notice. I tried to pay for my non attendance but Simone would not take any money in spite of my insistance.
