Shannon was very friendly. The colour was great, no complaints. The cut however was disappointing. It was uneven with lots of long sections and strands ( it was all meant to be one length). I had to cut some bits myself at home. So if you just want the colour done without the cut I'd say yes but maybe get your cut done elsewhere.
