I booked an appointment this Christmas 2024 at this salon online and was extremely disappointed with a terrible experience. Sarah was very unprofessional and unfriendly. She didn't use any proper tools for my haircut which was concerning. She blow dried in under four minutes. She didn't ask for my input and used double scissors which left my hair split ends. After finishing she didn't even bother to ask if I was happy with the results. Very unprofessional please avoid at all costs.
