My overall experience with her went well. There was no air conditioning in the venue but she put a fan in front of me which was nice. I shampooed my hair after 3 days of appointment. My hair is still pretty frizzy and not straight🥲. I wanted Brazilian blow dry but she did keratine for me. She also charged extra £40 for a haircut without notifying me it was extra during the appointment.
