I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart, Radia. You truly turned what had been a very disappointing hair experience into something beautiful again. From the very beginning, you were so empathetic, reassuring, patient and incredibly professional. Honestly, it was absolutely worth leaving Brussels and coming all the way to London just to have my hair done by you. I felt listened to, understood and genuinely cared for throughout the whole appointment.
