I booked an appointment with Rachel for a cut and blow as I was going to a family birthday and afternoon tea that weekend.
I had broken my finger and had a large bruise on my forehead from a fall earlier in the week.
This was the first time I had met Rachel and she made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. She was also very careful and gentle as she dried my hair .
I wouldn't hesitate to rebook a wash and blow as the overall experience was excellent.
