The salon itself feels a bit run down with pealing wallpaper, a wobbly/ unstable styling chair and a bit too chaotic so the staff struggled to find multiple items. Although the staff are lovely I wouldn't say I had a great cut, I noticed after I left multiple long pieces and an uneven sections which I fixed with help from my partner when I got home. Also I don't think they used any heat protectant on my hair before blowdrying but they did use hairspray on my wet hair and scalp which seemed odd.

100 stars! I have really thick curly hair and find it so hard to find a hairdresser that knows what to do with it. Pauly honestly gave me the best haircut I've had in a while and I couldn't recommend here more! Great atmosphere, friendly service & really cool inside too! A great experience!

I had such a great time at Hair by Pauly B! Everyone was so friendly and the salon is just gorgeous. I’m so happy with my permanent waves and highly recommend this salon!
