Paul and Laura are such lovely friendly people but sadly I’m not pleased with my hair. Although it is much blonder which is what I asked for, the tone is very patchy and I’m worried that the ends are now over bleached and damaged compared to before. Paul kindly fitted me in quickly to retone my hair the next day when I said I wasn’t happy, but sadly it’s not really fixed the problem - the top part is still much more golden and yellowy compared to the now white and grey/blue hue of the ends
