Haircut is good, but it seemed like Paul had completely forgotten my appointment after a heavy weekend and tried to bluff through the screw up whilst clearly not feeling up for it. Having first been sent to the wrong address, once there the salon was dirty and untidy, bottles and hair strewn everywhere. Clean brush not used. Zero social effort. Was meant to be a moment to take care of myself at the end of a long maternity leave with a premature baby, but ended up a bizarre experience!

Pauly B is great, I had so much fun in the chair I barely processed the cut 😆! Went in to get an alarming amount of length off and he absolutely nailed it - feels like my hair was always meant to be this funky razored messy textured bob shenanigan 🙌❤️🙌
