Tried to go in for a patch test - address on google and on treatwell is incorrect. No calls answered, called over 5 times on the day and before booking. Had to cancel my booking for hair.

Storytime! So, I avoided hair salons for years as I find them socially uncomfortable & overwhelming to the senses. But 1.5years ago I fried my hair with homebleaching so had to get it cut. That's when I discovered Hair by Pauly B, I'm so happy I did! The salon is a feast for the senses, like stepping into wonderland, for me it feels like home from home. Paul is lovely, zero judgement about my diy hair wreck, easy to talk to and he's given me the best, confidence boosting hair cuts I've ever had
