Great experience, hair treatment was amazing and head massage had enough pressure. Felt very relaxed and love getting my hair cut here! Cannot recommend it enough!

Neither my hair washer nor stylist even introduced themselves. I have the perfect hair for a great Blowdry but my stylist seemed totally confused at how to manage curly hair. He burnt my head multiple times and seemed irritated when I told him. I asked for a simple bouncy Blowdry but he couldn’t get this right, telling me that my hair was ‘difficult.’ I was extremely unhappy with the frizzy results and I had to redo my hair myself at home. They also charged me more then quoted. £40 wasted!!
