Nicola was so warm and welcoming for my first appointment with her! Made the whole few hours I was there fun, relaxed and really enjoyable. She explained everything she was doing thoroughly and clearly so I understood the process, and I loved the way my hair turned out. Can’t wait to come back for a touch up🥰
