I've been looking for a regular stylist since I moved to Liverpool three years ago and I have finally found it with Nelli. She is warm, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. She sat down and had a long consultation with me before my balayage appointment to make sure she understood what I wanted and gave me advice on how best to achieve it. My hair looks amazing and my confidence is boosted.
