I could not have had a better experience! Nelli is so so friendly and kind, I'm quite a shy person but she made me feel comfortable right away. Everything was explained so well and I felt listened to, I knew the result would be amazing. Nelli is very skilled and knowledgeable which is really reassuring, my hair is beautiful I have not stopped getting compliments. I feel much more confident, thank you again!

The best balayage I've ever had! Nelli is lovely and took the time to go through different options to make sure I was happy. I've had balayage for over 10 years but this was by far the best - beautifully blended and the toner she used was perfect. The cut and styling were also perfect! I'd 100% recommend - stunning colour.
