The experience was overpriced for what it was. Stylist did my hair super quickly, it felt very much like she wanted to get me in and out as quickly as possible. She also gave me quite a choppy haircut that only looks okay when styled just right. She needed to spend more time blending the layers, especially around my face. Also, she had no clue what silicone free products were when I asked that she use them in my hair and then argued with me about them, even though it's what works best for me.

I don’t know if many people look forward to having their hair cut. Is it just a chore to be over with as quickly as possible? What I do know is that I actually look forward to having my hair cut because Nelli makes it such a pleasurable experience.

Nelli is always great, chatty and good at what she does. Ive lived in Liverpool for 12 years and she is the only person I've been back to more than twice and having now been going to for about 3 years.
