Nellie was great! She was honest about what I’d asked for and what was realistic with my hair type. She did an exceptional cut and blow dry. She gave me loads of tips on how to keep my hair happy. And was personable and professional in equal measure. I’d make a special effort to come back to Liverpool to book in with her again.
