Nelli did a fantastic job with the haircut, she was a regular for over a year before I had to move away. She is very professional and friendly. In terms of the haircut, she pays attention to small details, listen and ask questions to ensure you are happy with the progress and often time, she can provide general suggestions for your hair. Overall, I am very happy and will come back if I can.
