This is the second time I’ve visited this salon and had a very different experience. The first time I got my hair cut by Muz - she was great! She sat me down, did a consultation, gave my advice and asked me lots of questions. She put a hair mask on as my ends were quite dry, and didn’t even charge me for it!
Unfortunately Muz wasn’t available when I went yesterday (a busy Saturday). I was running late but they managed to see me right away.... straight over to the wash basins. My hair was tied up so he didn’t even see what the ends were like. All the staff were speaking in their native languages to each other , and it was quite uncomfortable. My hairdresser seemed professional and like he knew what he was doing, but barely spoke any English. I’ve come out with a haircut that I’m perfectly happy with for £19 - but there are still some scraggy bits which probably should have been chopped too!
All in all, not bad - but try and get Muz!!

I have naturally curly hair and it can only be blow waved straight by a stylist. Most times I’m not happy with my blow wave but every time I have a straight blow wave or a bouncy blow wave at Sachs, the results are stunning.
