I had a simple cut and blow dry which was done well and I'm very happy with the results. The staff were friendly on arrival and when I left but didn't really interact with me during my haircut. This wasn't a big issue but I felt slightly awkward being sat in silence whilst the staff talked around me. This would be easily remedied.

The hairstyle itself was great but they tried to charge me more than what was indicated on Treatwell, in the end they agreed to the indicated price though

Salon is good - I can't fault the staff, place or the cut - but I booked a £19 basic cut/dry and ended up being charged £37 for a superior cut/dry (which is not what i wanted and took ages!) at the venue. They did eventually offer £19 after I complained but I was left feeling very awkward. Just make sure you're very, very clear - even though you'd assume the booking would be pretty self explanatory!
