Almost completely silent treatment. In spite of my mentioning that I have dry and curly hair, blow dry was done without product, not even heat protection spray. When I queried this, I was told “I think it will be fine”. Finished style was, actually, great. However, my untreated hair was being forcibly ripped from my head throughout, owing to the brush constantly getting stuck, and stylist ripping through the tangles. My hair was left incredibly dry after, and the blow dry only lasted two days.
