I would describe the whole experience as a no-frills one. I arrived & was ushered to a seat. The staff constantly spoke to each other across the salon & during the 2.5 hours I was there, I had maybe 5 words spoken to me. That wasn't the worst but the whole thing was about getting you in & out of the salon as quickly as possible. Standard things you come to expect in this day & age ie; I wasnt offered a drink throughout the service, the stylist didnt ask me or give me chance to discuss what cut I was looking for before she started chopping (I had given her a picture of the colours I wanted). My balayage is OK but for customer experience this place is one of.thr worst I've been too. It may be cheaper than other places but when you're spending £100+ it would.be hard not to be disappointed with the service I received.
