The stylist was going to cut my hair dry despite being booked for a wash, cut and rough blow dry (previously I went for the same booking my hair was never washed and was cut dry). No consultation prior to hair wash about what I wanted, hair was cut literally in a straight line and wasn’t sectioned or clipped to separate hair. No product used on my hair for blow dry. Staff speaking in their own language is uncomfortable and rushing to get you out. Still so many split ends left after the haircut.

This is my second visit to Sachs Hairdressers. I really like all the staff and both times my haircuts have been excellent. Would definitely recommend and will be returning myself.
