treatment felt rushed, no upfront discussion about what I'd like, salon smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, staff dog wandering through salon, definitely not worth £57. don't enjoy leaving bad reviews but felt compelled to this time

There was no pre hair cut consultation, it was straight to the hair wash, which was quite rough. Metin didn’t listen to what I was saying and kept speaking over me. I clearly said I didn’t want layers but had to keep repeating this. Wouldn’t go back.
