I arrived at the salon, no hair consultation completed to understand my current dry style, hair thickness etc. Sent straight for hair wash, during which the hot water ran out so I had to wait for it to heat back up. I then sat in the chair for a very rushed cut, after having discussions about my layers, I left with none. Adding to that when checking the cut, a men's razor was used to straighten it up..appalling. I left with a very uneven, non layered and all round bad cut.

Done by zeynep!! Great attention to detail and took her time to do it properly. Checked to see was it ok several times throughout. Got the apointment same day. Felt like a valued customer and wasn't rushed in and out which can sometimes happen.. Very friendly staff and a realy nice environment. Highly recommended..will be back!

Friendly and quick service. Really happy with my colour (change from blonde to a lovely warm/reddish brown) and had a lovely hair cut. Very attentive staff. I will definitely visit the salon again. Thank you!
