I arrived 5 mins late to the appointment, but it took them 25 mins to take me in, and only because I stood up and mentioned that I wasn't happy to wait any longer. They apologized and within 2 mins I was being looked after. Not a great start but from there it got only better. The ladies are very nice, and knew what they were doing. This was my 4th Keratin Brazilian Blow Dry and it is definitely the best. They blow dried my hair - using the brush - really well before straightening it, spending a good hour only on that. Really happy with the service, and will be coming back.

I booked an appointment for full colour , cut & blow-dry. I was a bit scared at the beginning but the final result was amazing.
I am so happy with my new look , Muz she's amazing - she can understand what people really wants.

Everything was really good. Just took a bit longer than Im used to but I do have really long hair.

Firstly I have to say the lady who did my hair was very sweet but the fact she didn't speak much English does not help when you are choosing colours for your hair. Just as I had decided the owner came in and informed me if I wanted 2 colours there would be an additional £15 charge!! I did say but it's the same about of dye your using but he wasn't having it so I went with one.
The website states full head of highlights - 1hr & a half, reality = 5 hours!!!! That's with a very rough dry / bit of mouse and left with my natural curls as couldn't face being there any longer. Plus my hair is just above my shoulders
Overall all a very unpleasant experience - staff who don't speak to each other.
No magazines / got a glass of water in a dirty glass & a half a cup of coffee
Just don't go there
