I had a root touch up appointment. Muz matched my colour well and the quick blow dry after was perfect.

Muz was friendly, listened to what I wanted, and made suitable suggestions. Bit rough with the wash and blow dry, but a neat trim which is what I wanted. Place could be tidied up a bit.

I rated this ok not because I didn't like how my hair turned out but for a few other reasons. I had to wait 20 minutes before I was eventually seen and in total I was in the salon for 4 hours which seems quite excessive. I also found it hard to communicate what sort of highlights I wanted despite showing a picture. However, I was quite satisfied although not ecstatic, with my highlights by the end of the appointment and the lady who did my hair was very sweet.
