This is the best value haircut I've found in London, I'd recommend Sachs and I'll be going back - I went in for a wash, cut and rough dry for £20. Was seen straight away and the whole thing was quite quick. Zeynep was really friendly and asked me a lot of questions about what I wanted, and kept checking I was happy throughout. I got the haircut I was after - it's not luxury but it's all I'm after when I go to the hairdressers. Felt comfortable, offered complimentary tea etc. Overall, very good, the only constructive feedback I'd give is maybe more chat from the trainees (I put this down to them being new/shy!).

Hair Colouring

I booked for t zone high lites. I arrived on time and the stylist searched for my card. I've been there a few times already. She couldn't find it. My hair was separated and the high lites were applied. I asked for a 2nd colour, which I got. The 2nd colour cost £15 which I thought was expensive as it was only for a t zone. Apart from that, I am happy with my colour.
