Metre wasn't there so zaynab did my hair, she took a long time and still managed to miss bits and hardly used the second colour
I had to go back and mette redid some of the highlights but she was in a rush and not able to do the other colour. Hair has had this treatment and was ok previous times but after this it's very damaged

Had my keratin done before so I knew exactly what to expect. The whole procedure was done perfectly and staff was more than friendly but the product wasn't the best quality as my hair became wavy an frizzy after a few washes. So it was a total waste of money for me.
