Do NOT go to this salon!!!
I had to wait over half an hour to be seen. Then I said to the hairdresser what I wanted and gave her the notes from my previous hairdressers. She said that she will be able to use the same colour and toner. Muz was rude and was speaking in another language when doing my hair. I then had to wait ages for the highlights to be washed out. When I finally got them washed out, to cut a long story short she put the wrong toner on and it came out yellow/orange bleach blonde it was so horrible. I then stated this wasn't what I wanted and she was rude to me and said that's what I asked for. I got pictures up from when my hair was done at another place and Muz said it was because of the fliter I had on my phone!!!! Which it wasn't. I then had to sit for another two hours to be pushed around so they could fix it. I went in with lovely shinny blonde hair and came out with a very dark colour which is now in poor condition. The staff did not apologise once. DO NOT GO HERE.
