Terrible. The hair cut was bad, the blow dry was painful and the staff were incredibly rude. I was rushed through, and before I had even got out the chair my stylist was working on someone else. I had to get my own coat back from the cloakroom. I have never received such bad service as this place. Not a good experience at all.
