I’ve never left a poor review for stylist before and been getting my hair professionally done for over 20 years, but I’ve never been so devastated with the result. My hair is naturally dark ashy blonde with some greys and I’ve always been getting highlights and low lights. Booked in for a balayage and asked for a lived in low maintenance multidimensional cool blonde showing an inspo pic and what I came out with is a massive blob of patchy warm brown at the top and that’s after correction 😢

Lily is absolutely lovely, warm and welcoming and really cares about you feeling good and being happy with your cut. She recommended a blunter cut which has made a big difference to how thick my hair looks.
