The most horrendous experience ever!!! I went in for a simple short haircut but what I got was a disaster. The hairstylist is clearly an amateur. She had no idea what she was doing and completely ruined my hairstyle. My hair now looks choppy and simply unorganised. I am so disappointed and will never be coming back! She doesn’t deserve even 1 star.

From the minute I met her, she suggested the ideal length to compliment me and did the most brilliant job ever!
She is a very intuitive, gentle and mature hairdresser, she breathed life into my hair.
After the cut I could not stop myself from saying let’s colour right now. Best. Decision. Ever.

Honestly the best experience I’ve had in London! I was nervous about getting my hair cut by someone new, but Larissa was very patient in answering my all queries and helped me understand different styles & hair textures. She cut my hair fantastically, with beautiful long layers to compliment my curly hair and face shape. Finishing off the look with a lovely bouncy blow dry. The salon is beautiful with a warm calming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. I will definitely be back again! xx
