I arrived with a butched haircut from a DIY cut. Plus I'm always tense when going to a new salon, some hairdressers can really be snobby/judgy/pretentious, make you feel like you need to look amazing as if you're about to do a catwalk kinda thing, in order to be good enough for them. BUT NOT KYLIE!! She was absolutely lovely, I felt super comfortable, she really puts you at ease. Cut was perfect, what I asked for. Already planning to go back to get colour done. Wish I'd found this salon before!

Kylie is absolutely my favorite stylist in London. She always understands what I ask for, gives me real advise to combat my sometime unsuitable asks, and she knows just how to cut my thick, frizzy, wavy mane, every time. I am relocating to another country and will fly back in to see her, that’s how much I love her!
