I walked in with the usual idea of what wanted (length wise and layers) but speaking with Karen helped me understand my hair and its texture so much better. She helped me decide on moving from a roundish shape to a straighter one and put me to ease about my confusion on how my hair would look like with that change. Professionally, Karen came across as very passionate about what she does and extremely knowledgeable answering all my apprehensions. I'll surely be back.

The cut and colour were exactly what I asked for: very stylish and sexy- I love it!
Very reasonable rates for the quality.
I always love the way Karen does my hair. She colours my hair just how I want it and although I usually want a big change she will tell me what we can do and always do her best to get what I want. Love her! She’s lovely xxx
