lovely atmosphere and great advice for my haircut

I was booked in with a ‘Director’ so expected a high standard. She was nearly 45 mins late. I was about to leave. I didn’t get the wash part of the treatment due to limited time. I was put in a space that hadn’t been cleaned properly from the previous client.Her next client appeared after about 5 minutes. The whole thing was rushed & I was told she couldn’t offer a discount. £63 for 20 minutes work on short hair is robbery. Not for me. Wouldn’t return.

Kerry was really friendly and made me feel at ease. Listened to my wishes and cut my hair really well, looks so much better than before, such a relief after a couple of haircuts elsewhere left me feeling frumpy! 100% recommend!
