It was an excellent experience, I had my hair ruined by another hairdresser, and coming to her it was my best decision. I have blonde hair and need a good care of my hair, Jeannette was the only person in my whole experiences, that she understood me what I like to have done to my hair with the information, that I gave her. I do recommend her and I will be back.

This is the second time I have seen Jeannette. The first was for a blow dry which was exactly how I wanted it and which lasted for days. Today I came in for a cut - Jeannette was quick to identify the reason I had been struggling to style my hair since the last cut. It looks great after cut and blow dry and I’m confident that her styling fixes will mean I can achieve similar results at home.

Jeannette did a wonderful balayage on my hair today. She is consultative in her approach to your requirements (I showed her a picture for reference) and she knew the exact colour that would suit my skin tone, where the colour lift should be, and made recommendations on my highlights. I wish I could show the before and after photos because they are phenomenal! 💖
