I am delighted with my cut by James. I showed him a style I liked and he spoke through what would suit me and then did the cut based on this. James was easy to chat to and I felt at ease in the salon. James also squeezed me in on a busy Saturday morning which was really appreciated as I had an event on the day. Definitely recommend.

I booked via treatwell for what I thought I needed and when I arrived and showed my inspo pic, it turned out I had booked a shorter appointment than required. However, James was so accommodating and even changed his plans to fit me in. This was so kind.
I’m so happy with my colour, my hair is the nicest it’s ever looked. James was so informative too, he gave me such good aftercare advice and tips for products to get.
Overall, I loved the whole experience.
