Jacqui is obviously very experienced and skilful but she did not cut my hair as I wanted. She clearly had an idea of what she wanted to do but it was not what l asked for. By the time I figured out what was happening it was too late and 4 inches had been cut off the back! She tried to excuse her mistake by saying I had not been clear. I had to go to an important wedding feeling very very disappointed. I’m afraid I could not recommend her

I had a wash cut and blow dry with Jacqui. I was really happy with my hair cut, Jacqui was very nice and gave great advice on maintaining healthy looking hair. Salon was clean and comfortable
