My hair stylist did not speak English (no communication) and the result of my perm is not what i expected. Friendly staffs, very clean, on time everything was perfect(these are all valuable), but when he cut my hair he sighed and shaked his head alot which gave me a big negative feeling. It took me doubled time. If there will be extra charge for any service , it has to be informed before doing the service.
